Top Notch Tax Pros Text Messaging Terms
- Program. Top Notch Tax Pros Client Updates is a text message program from Xiondra Williams Enterprise LLC, doing business as Top Notch Tax Pros. We send texts from (386) 387-6194 about your tax return, including documents we still need, fee approvals, signature requests, appointment reminders, filing and IRS acceptance updates, refund status, and replies to messages you send us. If you separately agree to marketing, we may also send occasional offers for tax-related services.
- How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message box during intake or in Portal > Settings, or by texting us first and confirming you want updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your return and appointments.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for our texts, but your mobile carrier's rates apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. To opt back in, reply START.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, call (386) 387-6194, or email hello@topnotchtaxpros.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
- Your number changes. If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in Portal > Settings or reply STOP from the old number first.
- Privacy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never share your text opt-in data or consent with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
- Security. We will never ask for your password, full Social Security number or bank account number by text.
