Top Notch Tax Pros Client Updates is our text message program for clients. We only text people who opt in. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying any service. Texts come from (386) 387-6194.
What we send
- Requests for documents we still need to finish your return
- Fee approval and e-signature reminders
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Filing and IRS acceptance updates, and refund status
- Replies to questions you send us

Ways to opt in
- Our secure intake form (step 2, Personal Details). When you start your return at topnotchtaxpros.com/file-now, you enter your mobile number and can check the box below. It is unchecked by default.
- Your client portal (Portal > Settings). Clients can turn text updates on or off at any time using the same box.
- By phone. When you call (386) 387-6194, our assistant asks, "Is this the best number to reach you, and may we text you updates about your return?" We only text you if you say yes, and we record that you agreed.
- By text. Text START to (386) 387-6194 to turn on updates for your number.

Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.
